Pam Farrell is a marketing and business development professional with over 25 years of marketing strategy, business optimization, and CRM expertise in both for-profit and nonprofit industries. She is the Vice President of Membership for AARP, a non-profit organization servicing the needs of those aged 50+, responsible for all marketing activities resulting in the acquisition and retention of AARP’s 38 million members. Her responsibilities include leading audience-centric, cross-channel marketing strategy, developing new acquisition and retention streams at scale, enhancing the diversity of AARP’s member base, and maximizing experience and value through journey optimization, data segmentation and targeting.
