If there’s such a thing as a players’ coach, Michael is the creatives’ director. He’s an expert at finding inspiration in the peculiar details that no one else seems to notice. Before founding Hiccup Media with Rob Simone, Michael developed his skills across the production spectrum with experience both directing and editing, which eventually led to full campaign/creative development for massive brands like Sony, E*TRADE, P&G, Thomson Reuters, Pfizer, and WSJ just to name a few. His ability to cross verticals and deliver effective, relevant and engaging content is truly unique.
Michael is essential in providing insight throughout the planning process, from strategy to execution. When he’s not immersed in marketing, he’s either in the air piloting a Cessna, riding his 1972 vintage Triumph Bonneville, learning a new language, or off meditating. His creative has won multiple awards, most recently a Clio, but more importantly it has, and continues to satisfy client objectives.
