A Seasoned marketing professional who has a depth of experience in all facets of marketing
communication, client management, program metrics and agency leadership. From a start in general
advertising managing brands like Yamaha, Foster Farms and Nissan to immersion in the worlds of CRM,
direct and interactive marketing on Toyota, DirecTV, Mitsubishi, Lincoln/Mercury and Nestle, Laura’s
career has evolved in step with this rapidly changing industry. Marketing experience on both agency
and client-sides of the business gives her a unique perspective on the challenges of today’s marketplace.
Laura currently leads the Rapp team as Toyota’s CRM agency of record.
