Jennifer Marcou is passionate about creating great customer experiences and developing people by using technology and data to create experiences to delight customers and drive business impact. As General Manager in Office Marketing at Microsoft, Jennifer built the company’s relationship marketing and digital acquisition practice. In her current position, she leads Customer Experience Marketing for Office, Skype, Outlook, Office mobile apps and Yammer for consumer and B2B customers. Previously, she launched Xbox Rewards to connect Microsoft’s fans. She honed her customer focus at American Express for 17 years, launching products such as the “Plum Card” from Open.
Jennifer attended Georgetown University, where she graduated with a BS in Biology. In 1993, she received her MBA in Marketing from NYU.
