Colleen Sugarman

Head of Marketing

Ms. Sugarman joined Sling TV in February 2015. In her role as Head of Marketing, she is responsible for brand strategy, retention, acquisition and monetization for Sling’s Domestic and Latino lines of business. Prior to Sling TV, Ms. Sugarman was CMO at Healthy Directions from December 2010 – August 2014. As CMO, Ms. Sugarman was responsible for retention, acquisition and digital marketing as well as marketing analytics and Ecommerce. Previously, Ms. Sugarman was Vice President of Acquisition Marketing at Guthy Renker for three years. Her other experience includes three years at Vonage as Vice President of Acquisition Marketing. She also spent nine years at America Online in various management positions including Vice President of Direct Marketing. Earlier in her career, Ms. Sugarman spent 10 years at an advertising agency in Virginia. Ms. Sugarman holds a BS degree in Marketing and Management from Davis & Elkins College. Ms. Sugarman serves on the DMA Ethics Operating Board, Lee Epstein Board and previously served as a Board Trustee on the Marketing EGDE Board.
