Andrea Casanova, a travel enthusiast, fan of all things tiki and leads database marketing at Viking Cruises. After earning her M.S. focusing on Direct Marketing in the Medill IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) program at Northwestern University, she ran the customer loyalty program for Ulta Beauty and remains to this day a self-proclaimed brand ambassador. When relocation and a love for sunny skies brought her to Southern California, she accepted a position with Viking Cruises as a circulation manager for North American Direct Mail and email. Over 12 years later Viking’s marketing efforts in North America grow ever more digital with emphasis on crafting the optimal offline and online media strategy to reach our audiences, refined using advanced propensity models and curated data assets.
