DMA has negotiated discounted room rates at the MGM Grand Las Vegas for &THEN attendees and exhibitors. These rates can only be accessed by making your hotel reservation through Orchid Events. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis.
All reservations must be received by September 13, 2018, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotel may charge a higher rate.
Ways to Book Hotel Reservations

All reservations booked must be accompanied by a credit card. Please note that the 1st night plus tax deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival for a refund of the first night deposit
MGM Grand will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact MGM Grand.
Reservations cancelled after September 10, 2018 and prior to 72 hours before arrival date will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee for each room cancelled (charged by Orchid Events). Deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of arrival date (charged by the Hotel).
Through October 1, 2018 send requests for changes and cancellations in writing to Orchid.Events via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax to 801-355-0250. After October 1, 2018, contact hotels directly to make changes and cancellations.
