Camilla is responsible for leading client services for KERN’s largest accounts and oversees a team of 45 as well as cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and execute large scale, fast turnaround projects via print and digital media. She focuses on developing strategies to drive revenue through acquisition, retention and upgrade marketing campaigns while driving customer engagement and reducing operating costs to hit KPIs. She has over 25 years direct marketing experience on both the client and agency sides of the business having worked with companies such as AT&T, American Express, SAP, General Mills and eHarmony. Her expertise includes B2B and B2C digital and print strategies.
