Annette Thurston is a product executive with 20+ years of industry experience. She has designed and delivered transformative brands and products for both early-stage companies and Fortune 100/500 companies such as adidas, AT&T, Intel, T-Mobile, Nike, and HTC. As a result of her roles, such as Executive Creative Director and VP of Product Design, she brings extensive experience in brand and visual identity, user experience and interaction design, storytelling, strategy, and leadership.
Annette has consistently driven industry defining solutions such Intel’s cloud platform strategy, AT&T’s Design Language System–which was experienced by more than 90M users–and adidas’ international Smart Ball iOS app.
Her expertise lies at the intersection of design and technology. She currently writes and speaks about what she has coined “Human Design Language Systems”– systems that integrate user experience design and emerging technologies such as machine learning, connected car, IoT, and smart cities.
