Matt Joshi is the VP of Marketing Analytics at Synchrony Financial leading the small business acquisition and activation program analytics. He manages a team of analysts dedicated to improving small business acquisition program through data driven optimizations. He is also responsible for managing vendor relationships for data and analytics services.
Prior to Synchrony, Matt worked at GE Capital Bank, playing a key role in building and launching the online deposits program which grew to several billion dollars in online savings and CD products within first two years. He led customer web experience optimization and supported pricing strategy and deep dive customer analytics for bank portfolio.
Matt has worked in advertising and marketing analytics for several years at different ad agencies such as FCB Chicago, Digitas and AC Nielsen. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering degree from University of Illinois at Chicago.
Matt lives in Chicago with his wife and two kids and likes to spend time with family.
