WHAT MAKES ECHO UNIQUE?

CRITERIA

Trophy HatAll entries are strictly evaluated on three equally important criteria: strategy, creative and results.

Outstanding creative is necessary to win a coveted ECHO and is one of three required qualities. But it’s just one requirement. Award recipients must also have superb marketing strategy and excellent results. ECHO is unique among international competitions because no other awards competition looks at the response marketing discipline in such totality.

CATEGORIES

ECHO entries are judged by business category. There are ten industry sector categories representing business segments, five channel categories, three craft categories and three special awards. Entries are evaluated by judging panels who are experts and leaders martech and adtech and in their peer groups in the relevant industry sector categories, the channel categories and the craft categories. JUDGING

ECHOs are judged by client-side marketers, agency account directors, and senior creatives. ECHO judges select the best ideas, the most creative use of response based marketing strategies, and the finest executions—in short, the very best work of the world’s marketing professionals. And, ECHO judges represent marketing’s best from around the world. Participating judges come from over three dozen countries, including the United States, the UK, Sweden, Spain, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, France, Argentina, Brazil, South Africa, Slovenia, India, Ireland, Malaysia and Japan.
